Is there an auto insurance that covers more than seven vehicles, or do I have to have an auto insurance for each vehicle?

Insurance provider’s guidelines very but many do have a limit on the number of cars allowed on a personal insurance policy. Most insurance companies limit the amount of cars on an insurance policy to four, but you can add more by endorsement after the insurance policy is bought.
You can insure as many vehicles as you own as long as the insurance carrier you are working with in in Palatine, IL can handle it and they do not have restrictions to not permit it. Most insurance companies will setup a second insurance policy if they cannot handle the number of vehicles that you own on just the one insurance policy.
